Kiln Gasification
The system is composed of a kiln, stoker and secondary combustion chamber, where gasification is conducted in the kiln, complete combustion of solids in the stoker, and complete combustion of gas in the secondary combustion chamber.
Features
- The special sealing configuration if the kiln reduces air leakage from the sliding section to very low levels, maintaining furnace temperature below that for clinker generation even with large changes in the heating value of waste material, and allowing energy-saving operation.
- A prong equipped at the forward end of the kiln stirs waste materials, improving agitation.
- A nozzle installed in the secondary combustion chamber allows waste liquid treatment.
